Head of UK HR Operations

About The Role
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of HR Operations to oversee all aspects of operational HR delivery, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-quality service across the employee lifecycle. This is a pivotal leadership role driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and people enablement in support of Domino's strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and development of the UK HR Operations team, including the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, HR Advisors, HR Admins, and Remunerations and Benefits Advisor, fostering a high-performance and supportive culture.
- Oversee payroll and benefit processes, including monthly sign-offs and annual renewals.
- Coordinate annual UK Salary Review and Bonus processes as part of the Year-End steering committee.
- Manage contracts and relationships with external partners including occupational health, pensions, fleet and benefits brokers and providers.
- Own UK HR policies, compliance, and governance frameworks including GDPR, IR35, right-to-work and visa processes.
- Ensure HR systems integrity and accurate reporting where appropriate.
- Accountable for HR audits (Sedex, ISO, BSI, Finance/Deloitte, Avsec) and implement follow-up actions.
- Member of the people pillar committee responsible for relevant elements of Ecovadis submission and GRI reports.
- Drive continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with Finance and Group teams on budgeting, benefits, and audit alignment.
- Oversee wellbeing programmes, policy communications, and CSR activities.
- Act as a trusted lead for HR delivery excellence across the UK.
About You
The successful candidate will bring:
- Proven experience leading HR Operations or Shared Services in a multi-site or matrix environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
- Skilled in audits, compliance, and vendor management.
- Track record of improving operational efficiency and HR processes.
- Confident with HR analytics and data tools (Excel, HRIS).
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering a great employee experience.
