An excellent opportunity has arisen for a modern and market leading commercial organisation based in Romford. Our client are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team to take on a full generalist role.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with various HR queries throughout client group
- Provide support to managers in terms of interpreting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- A focus on reporting statistics to senior management
- Taking the lead on Employee Relations issues for area of responsibility, escalating more complex issues to the Head of HR
- Support the Head of HR, Industrial Affairs UK with restructuring and consultation exercises
- Acts as an ambassador for the HR function
- Takes lead on People Data - developing a robust set of regular metrics to gain valuable insight into our people
- Working with the HR Administrative team to ensure that recruitment and onboarding process is effective and enhances the employee experience
- HR administration where necessary
- Drives changes to processes and policies that will drive efficiencies for the team
- Manage updates of administration procedures, processes and forms for the HR & Payroll department
- Updating and maintaining the Company’s Organisational Charts
- Maintains files, records, correspondence and legal papers
- Responsible for ensuring employees, supervisors and managers act within employment law legislation requirements, advising as necessary

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum 3 years in a generalist environment
- Experience of managing routine ER issues
- Previous involvement in HR projects, policy development etc.
- Previous experience of people reporting
- Experience of recruiting and supporting interviews
