Remote, United Kingdom Envisage Dental Full time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Compliance Partner to join our supportive Compliance Team, reporting directly to our Head of Compliance.

This is a hybrid role, combining field-based visits with home working for reporting and administrative tasks. You will be required to travel frequently to our practices to provide on-site support.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and confident Registered Dental Nurse with strong compliance and audit knowledge to make a real difference across our network of practices. The Practice Compliance Partner will help practices reach and maintain at least 90% on the safety leg of our "three-legged stool" and ensure they are inspection ready at all times.

You will provide targeted, risk-based compliance support, focusing on new acquisitions, new Clinic Managers, and practices performing below our safety target.

What Envisage Can Offer You
  • Competitive salary
  • Flexible working pattern — full or part-time (minimum 32 hours per week including full days)
  • Fantastic company culture and values with great support
  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities in a growing, successful business
  • Contributory pension plan
  • Holiday purchase scheme
  • Your time matters – take an additional paid day off for your birthday
  • Referral reward scheme
  • Team-building events and social outings
  • Dental benefit scheme
  • Opportunity to participate in charity initiatives with Operation Smile — together we change lives
Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out risk-led health checks and audits using Safety Culture
  • Respond to compliance queries from Clinic Managers, team members, and DOCs
  • Deliver on-site support to help practices close actions and move quickly out of red/amber status
  • Provide tailored compliance coaching to new practices and newly appointed Clinic Managers
  • Attend and support practices during CQC/HIW inspections
  • Conduct remote audits of practice activity via the DCME platform
  • Contribute to the team's use of AI tools to improve speed, consistency, and quality of support
  • Escalate serious issues, trends, or risks requiring wider attention to the Head of Compliance
  • Assist with the development of tools, templates, and updates on The Hive
About You

We are seeking someone who is:

  • A Registered Dental Nurse with solid compliance and audit experience
  • Experienced in CQC/HIW regulations and best practice within dentistry
  • Confident using compliance platforms such as DCME and Safety Culture
  • An excellent communicator, able to build rapport and deliver feedback constructively
  • Organised, calm, and responsive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working autonomously and escalating concerns appropriately
  • Flexible to travel and attend on-site visits as required
