Your Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs and user insights into detailed product requirements.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all product decisions are data-driven and user-centric.
• Lead the discovery, analysis, and documentation of business requirements across multiple workstreams.
• Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features and enhancements are delivered first.
• Translate high-level objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.
• Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure continuous alignment between business and technical teams.
• Map and re-engineer business processes to identify efficiency and automation opportunities.
• Produce and maintain BA artefacts including data flows, swim lane diagrams, and process documentation.
• Support testing and UAT validating solutions against design intent and user needs.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Security to ensure full data protection and governance alignment.
• Support commercial proposals and tenders by translating technical capability into business value.
• Monitor and analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to drive ongoing improvements.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and benefit tracking to ensure measurable ROI.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies with clarity and transparency across the business.

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner within a technology, SaaS, or operationally complex business.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in cross-functional agile teams.
• Proven track record of managing digital products websites, mobile apps, high volume transactional systems or SaaS implementations.
• Experience converting high-level business vision into detailed, actionable delivery plans.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) are a plus
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Aha, or similar).
• Experience with UX/UI design processes and usability testing.Skilled in stakeholder engagement at all levels from developers to SLT sponsors.
• Confident using Microsoft 365, Visio, and collaborative workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and written communication skills.
• Experience with change management and benefit realisation frameworks desirable.
• Comfortable working with third-party technology vendors and integration partners.
