2. Co-ordinate coy training (CSS BCS/SFS) in accordance with the OC's direction and chair coy training meetings.

3. Have ownership of the Coy MS spreadsheet and liaise with the PSAO to raise all required SJARs.

4. Co-ordinate coy entries into Bn/Bde/Div/Corps level training and competitions.

5. Monitor coy training on CHURCHILL/MUSTER in conjunction with the SPSI.

6. Understand Empowerment and ensure that it is practiced in your AOR.

7. Mentor Pl Comds.

8. Ensure sufficient coy workforce in conjunction with the RCMO.

9. 1RO for Coy SSgts and Sgts.

10. All other tasks as directed by OC.
