You'll lead 3 properties in Oxford, supporting multiple domestic and international students. From managing energised teams to delivering excellent service, maintaining safety, and driving revenue, you'll help create vibrant, welcoming communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Your Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing, operational environment (PBSA, hospitality, residential, or retail).
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive financial, sales, and service performance.
  • A proven ability to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with managing change.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.
