Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and swift resolution to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
  • Conduct night audits by reconciling daily transactions, updating records, and preparing reports for management review
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, billing details, and special requests
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multiple lines to ensure prompt and courteous communication
  • Assist in managing guest relations by proactively addressing needs and fostering positive interactions throughout their stay

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities that enable effective communication with diverse guests from around the world
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for seamless operations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to handle guest concerns tactfully and professionally
  • Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, billing, and administrative tasks efficiently
  • Experience with night audit procedures is highly desirable for ensuring financial accuracy at shift end
  • Familiarity with resort environments or large-scale hotels enhances ability to meet high guest expectations
  • Excellent phone etiquette combined with a friendly demeanor that makes every guest feel valued

Shift patterns 7am-3pm 0r 3pm-10pm as per rota.
