We work with some of the UK's most recognisable brands, delivering transparent, data-driven, and personal service.
We are now expanding our SME division and looking for an ambitious and communicative Account Manager to join our young, dynamic team based in Milton Keynes.
About the Role
As our new Account Manager – SME Clients, you'll work closely with our Pricing and Account Management teams to support and renew our SME client contracts, maintain strong relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service.
This is a varied and fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, working with numbers, and being part of a supportive, growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients and ensure smooth renewals of their energy contracts
- Work closely with the Pricing Team to obtain and present competitive quotes
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication
- Update internal CRM and client records accurately
- Support the main Account Manager with retention strategies and contract management
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain rates, resolve queries, and track contract progress
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolios
About You
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and pricing comparisons
- Ambitious, motivated, and proactive attitude
- Prior experience in an energy consultancy, account management, or customer service role preferred but not essential
- Based within commutable distance of Milton Keynes
