A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a thriving estate agency in the Medway area, offering high hot lead volumes, strong earnings, and career growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have relevant industry qualifications including CeMAP, be CAS, have experience in advising on mortgages and protection, and the drive to work in a lead rich environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Advising clients on mortgage and protection products
• Managing leads generated from the estate agency team
• Providing excellent customer service and tailored financial solutions
• Cross-selling protection and other financial products
• Ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• Current Competent Advisor Status (CAS)
• Proficiency with mortgage-specific software
• Proven sales performance and cross-selling ability
• Professional, articulate, and well-presented
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence
