My client is looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their successful team. **You will need to be CeMap qualified or hold a similar industry qualification to be considered and have competent advisor status.**

**Duties Include**:

- Generating referrals
- Preparation for future appointments
- Identifying clients’ needs and requirements
- Offering compliant advice and products
- Gaining trust and business from prospective clients
- Offer outstanding customer service
- Information gathering
- Generating new business and attracting new customers

**Requirements**:

- You will be well presented and organised with good IT skills
- **You will need a full UK driving licence**:

- **You will need a CeMap qualification or equivalent**:

- Be able to work under your own initiative
- You will be highly customer service driven
- Ability to self-motivate and set your own goals
- Lots of energy, enthusiasm and able to multi-task under pressure
- Experience in property industry preferred
