Category Manager - Freixenet Copestick - Newbury (Hybrid)

Freixenet Copestick, one of the UK's leading wine businesses, is looking for a Category Manager to join their Marketing team and help shape the future of the wine category.

This is an exciting role for someone who loves turning data into action. You'll work closely with major retailers, using shopper insight and category expertise to influence decisions and drive growth for both customers and brands.

What you'll do


• Be the voice of the shopper and partner with retailers to identify opportunities for growth


• Use data and insight to tell clear, commercial stories


• Spot new trends and support innovation and NPD


• Lead category reviews and share performance insights across the business


• Stay close to what's happening in-store and across the BWS market

What we're looking for


• Analytical mindset and strong commercial awareness


• Experience working in FMCG, ideally with category or insight data (Kantar, Circana, Dunnhumby)


• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills


• Confident communicator with excellent presentation ability


• Interest in wine or the grocery sector
