Are you highly organised, community-minded and looking for a role that offers genuine flexibility?

Dungannon RFC is seeking a reliable and proactive Office Administrator to support the smooth running of our club's day-to-day operations- from financial administration to member support and general office duties.

If you enjoy variety, take pride in accuracy, and want to work at the heart of a well-known local sports community, this could be the perfect fit.

You'll play a key part in the operational, financial, and administrative running of Dungannon RFC, acting as the main point of contact for members, visitors, suppliers and external stakeholders.

The Role:

· Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records

· Preparing monthly accounts & reconciling bank statements

· Managing invoices, payments, payroll preparation, VAT returns & stock valuations

· Acting as first point of contact for enquiries

· Managing office calendars, correspondence, direct debits & databases

· Coordinating fixtures, travel, and ticket requests

· Supporting volunteer and coach record-keeping

· Assisting with funding documentation and licence applications

Who We're Looking For

Someone who is:

· Organised and comfortable managing both financial and administrative tasks

· Community-driven and committed to supporting the smooth running of a local club

· Highly accurate with strong numeracy and attention to detail

· Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office essential; Sage/Xero desirable)
