Role Description

This is a International Student Recruitment professional. The role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract international students to Albion Business School's programs. Main responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with educational agents and institutions, providing guidance to prospective students, and organizing outreach efforts, such as events and webinars. Additionally, the role requires tracking recruitment metrics and assisting students throughout the admissions process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in student recruitment, relationship building, and outreach strategies
  • Strong communication abilities, including verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Experience with event planning, marketing, and promotional activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with higher education systems and understanding of the international student market is an advantage
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and digital platforms
  • Flexibility to travel and participate in recruitment events and fairs
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; experience in an academic or recruitment setting is beneficial
