About the Role
As our Speech & Language Therapist Team Lead, you will:
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality therapy across SEN school settings.
- Hold and manage a complex clinical caseload.
- Lead, mentor and support junior colleagues.
- Develop your specialism (AAC, Autism, SEMH, Dysfluency etc.
- Drive service innovation and excellence.
- Work closely with OTs, Psychologists, Advisory Teachers and more.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- Is HCPC-registered & RCSLT-registered.
- Has strong post-qualification experience, ideally with complex needs.
- Can provide clinical supervision and training.
- Works well autonomously and collaboratively.
- Is flexible, innovative, and committed to excellent practice.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in specialisms such as AAC, Autism, SEMH, Dysfluency etc.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: £48,022 FTE (£43,753 pro rata).
