If you love to work and prototype in Elm and can show you have built some of the world's greatest front ends, then we'd love to hear from you. Or, if you have the ability to quickly pick up Elm and can show your potential to build front ends that will be remembered and copied for some time, then please apply.

Added to this, do you have deep expertise in modern Python... but also love Haskell, Rust, or even Unison? Do you have an interest in property testing, (non-hype) blockchain tech, DSLs, multi-parameter optimisation, or verifiable computing? Do you yearn for reproducible build systems with Nix (& Nix flakes) but understand running things in Docker and Kubernetes still? If you do, you'll like it here.

We are a fully remote team with the ability to use office, R&D, and creative spaces in both East and West London whenever this may suit us.

better, but to achieve this, do you have:

  • Something awesome to showcase for us?
  • A Computer Science or STEM-related Degree / Masters / Ph.D? Or we could try and find you with a boolean search on "cum laude" at top universities… but
    is that just legacy thinking
    ? Will we get the team we require? Or will we end up creating a less diverse and uninteresting team? We don't know, this is what you'll also get to influence here

Yep, that's asking for a lot, but hey we are attempting to build the next big thing. So you must also have:

  • Emotional intelligence
  • Furious curiosity
  • The need to positively question everything
  • The ability to work in a fast-moving meritocracy where every employee looks to constantly improve themselves and their company
