Team Leader

Sense are looking for a passionate and motivated person to join our fantastic team as a Team Leader, where you will join our amazing team at our residential services in Quadring and Spalding.

This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week. As the team leader, your working hours will include hands on Support Worker shifts, office administrative tasks & help lead the team of Support Workers with the support from the manager. Your shifts will be divided as follows- Quadring service (6 hours) and Spalding service (31.5 hours).

• If you live outside of Spalding, to be considered for the role you will need use of your own vehicle to get to and from the service for early/late shifts due to very limited public transport.
