We're offering an exciting opportunity for a talented Pastry Chef to take full creative ownership of desserts in our Soho bar. This isn't a typical kitchen role, it's a chance to design, shape, and run your own pastry concept that complements our cocktails and elevates the guest experience.

We're looking for someone passionate about flavour, presentation, and innovation, a pastry chef who wants the freedom to bring their ideas to life and showcase their style.

What We Offer

Hours of Work

  • Around 40 hours per week
  • Straight shifts Tuesday – Saturday, 4pm – 11pm

Your Role

  • Develop and run a concise dessert and pastry menu that pairs perfectly with our drinks
  • Work solo with full autonomy, from prep to service, managing all aspects of pastry production
  • Deliver desserts that are bold, elegant, and visually striking
  • Keep the menu fresh with new and exciting ideas that surprise and delight
  • Manage purchasing, stock control, and menu costing
  • Maintain excellent hygiene, organisation, and due diligence in all kitchen operations

The Right Candidate

  • A creative pastry chef with proven kitchen experience
  • Ambitious, innovative, and eager to showcase your own style
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a small pastry section solo
  • Organised, detail-focused, and financially aware with costing and stock
  • Professional, reliable, and full of energy to contribute to the growth of the venue
