About The Role
As a Forward-Deployed Agentic Engineer focused on Fullstack Development, you are the hands-on builder and problem-solver at the frontlines of our customer engagements. You'll work directly with enterprise clients to understand their requirements, translate needs into scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality software quickly. Comfortable across the full stack, you bridge customer conversations with technical execution- owning the "build" while ensuring reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Deliver: Rapidly develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications and integrations tailored to customer requirements.
• Full-Stack Engineering: Work across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases to create robust and scalable systems.
• Agile Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional squads, ensuring speed, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
• Technical Advisory: Act as a trusted partner to customer engineering teams, offering hands-on guidance and best practices.
• Feedback Loop: Capture feature requests and real-world challenges to help shape our product roadmap, working closely with Product & Engineering.
• Customer Engagement: Partner directly with clients to gather needs, refine specifications, and deliver solutions that create measurable value.

About You

• Full-Stack Engineer: 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience across frontend and backend, ideally in SaaS or consulting.
• Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern web frameworks (e.g., React, , Python) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Customer-Facing Builder: Comfortable engaging with clients directly, understanding requirements, and delivering solutions in real time.
• Adaptable Problem Solver: Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, quickly turning complex challenges into elegant software.
• Clear Communicator: Able to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams.
• Bonus Points: Experience with AI/ML, LLM integrations, or building automation workflows.
