We are partnered with Utility Warehouse (Telecom Plus PLC), Uswitch, MoneySuperMarket, HIVE and GoCompare, and further launches with other leading comparison brands are happening soon.

We have been successfully trading for over 14 years, employing over 130 office staff and over 2,500 engineers nationwide. We have built a bespoke CRM and various web applications to fuel our growth. Our digital infrastructure will enable us to become the UK's largest energy installer in the coming years.

Our operations, customer service and sales teams are located in the prestigious Avalon building in Bournemouth, opposite the train and bus station.

Internal Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and posting of job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline by actively sourcing candidates through online databases, networking, and referrals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Assist with the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and other related documents.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Experience Required

  • At least 2 years recruitment experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for connecting with people.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
