Partnerships Manager

Company Description
Established in 1998, Joblogic is the #1 FSM software in the UK. With offices in the UK, Pakistan and Vietnam and 400 people we have been in the industry for over 20 years. Although we've been in business for a while, our growth only really accelerated from 2021 onwards. Joblogic was bootstrapped to £10m ARR until March 2023 when it got its first investment from investors. Now we're becoming a rocket ship and would like you to join that journey
Joblogic is a leading player in service management software, providing field service businesses (like HVACR, Plumbing & Heating and Electrical Contracting and Maintenance) across the world with an all-in-one management SaaS solution. Our product delivers world-class software to aid in streamlining operations, increasing profitability, ensuring compliance and achieving rapid growth for all field service businesses.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a
keen and energetic Partnerships Manager. A strategic, hands-on role that will shape and grow the Joblogic partner ecosystem, starting with industry associations and expanding into technology integrations (and marketplace listings) and, potentially, in the future, a reseller model. You'll have ownership of the strategy, backed by a proven go-to-market foundation, and the opportunity to build a repeatable, scalable lead engine that fuels pipelines across multiple verticals.
This is a rare opportunity to take an already successful route to the market and make it a cornerstone of our next phase of growth and therefore has commission associated.
Reporting to the VP of Growth, you'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, SDRs, Product, Sales, and CS, bringing our partner channels to life with smart, commercially aligned relationships, campaigns and GTM plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Strategy & Execution
- Enhance and develop our partner strategy, beginning with activating 2+ new industry association partnerships per month across 15+ FSM sectors.
- Launch and scale co-branded campaigns that offer value to partner members (e.g. free license access) and build pathways for conversion.
- Drive partner engagement and alignment with internal teams to ensure GTM messaging, product readiness, and lead capture are seamless.
- Collaborate with Product to develop and grow a roadmap of strategic technology integrations that open new customer channels.
- Deliver qualified MQLs and warm sales opportunities from partner ecosystems, feeding directly into SDR activity.
- Build reporting, attribution, and prioritisation frameworks to measure, refine, and scale what works.
- Own partner onboarding, enablement, and relationship development, becoming a trusted lead contact internally and externally.
What Success Looks Like
- You're known internally as the connector of opportunities, bridging product, campaigns, and sales with strategic partnerships.
- You've built a scalable model that delivers predictable, high-quality leads and partner engagement.
- You've previously expanded into tech integrations and explored a future affiliate/reseller strategy.
- You've created momentum, visibility, and a repeatable growth channel with high partner satisfaction.
Person Profile
- A confident relationship builder who sees the commercial potential in every conversation.
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution and thriving in a fast-growth environment.
- Experience in partnerships, channels, or strategic B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or services.
- Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable with CRM, campaign tracking, and performance metrics.
- Energised by building something new, shaping a team, and making real, visible impact.
Why join us?
- Be part of a fast-growing, innovative tech company.
- Stamp your influence on the growth and the direction we take in the growth team, pivotal for the whole business.
- Join an energetic and high performing team which includes marketing and inside sales.
- Work in a collaborative and supportive environment that values creativity, innovation and a love of data.
- Flexible working options and a focus on work-life balance, casual office, hybrid working, free parking and much more.
