Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the London area, with some flexibility to work from home.

The Head of Commercial Property will lead the commercial property division — overseeing broking strategy, managing key client portfolios, and driving growth across the property insurance portfolio. Responsibilities include business planning, broking, risk assessments, business development, account management, team leadership, and budget oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships across various property sectors
  • Lead business planning and strategy for the division
  • Build and maintain strong insurer relationships
  • Drive new business and retention performance
  • Mentor and support a growing team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in commercial property insurance broking
  • Strong insurer and MGA relationships
  • Leadership and team development experience
  • Strong business planning and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
