About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to drive the development and implementation of the new Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) for the Isle of Man. This pivotal initiative, announced by the Treasury Minister, plays a crucial role in protecting our borders and maximising revenue collection to support a safer, more prosperous Island community.

As the Project Lead, you will coordinate delivery across Customs & Immigration, liaising closely with senior management, politicians, senior officers and key UK Government partners, including the Ministry of Justice. You will oversee the implementation of systems to collect the surcharge and provide regular progress updates, ensuring the project is delivered to tight timeframes. This is a unique opportunity to influence meaningful change and contribute to the long-term resilience of the Isle of Man's immigration framework.
