Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Swansea. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage and motivate staff, and ensure sales targets are met. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. Administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, budgeting, and performance monitoring are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Retail travel experience is essential
  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
  • Experience with sales strategies, business development, and achievement of sales targets
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Organizational and administrative skills, such as budgeting, scheduling, and performance evaluation
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in travel-related industry tools or systems is an advantage
  • Relevant academic qualifications or equivalent professional experience in management, hospitality, or a related field
