Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join a local Solar Energy company. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for developing and testing electrical systems and components as well as fitting them. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of various projects and the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

  • Conduct pre-planned preventative maintenance inspections on Solar PV systems AC and DC
  • Conduct research to identify innovative solutions and technologies
  • Debug and troubleshoot electrical issues
  • Work with the office team, suppliers and vendors to source necessary components
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering

Experience:

- Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent with NVQ/AM2 complete

- Proven experience in electrical engineering or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and circuitry

- Ability to debug and troubleshoot electrical issues effectively

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Salary based on experience. This will be discussed further at interview.
