Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of multiple properties, ensuring a clean and visually appealing environment.

Duties:

  • Perform various groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, strimming, edging, leaf blowing, hedge cutting

  • Carry out weeding, weed spraying and pruning

  • Operate power tools and hand tools to complete landscaping projects

  • Drive the company van

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping is required

  • Ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively

  • Proficiency in gardening techniques and care

  • Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

  • Full clean driving licence

  • PA1 & PA6 Spraying Licence - required
