We're hiring for an experienced 
Recruitment Resourcer
 to join our growing engineering division at 
KPJ Group
. You'll work remotely (or on a hybrid basis if preferred), supporting our consultants by sourcing engineers across the UK.

If you already understand the recruitment process and want a steady flow of permanent opportunities from an established client base, this role offers the chance to earn well without the pressure of sales.

You'll be trusted, supported, and rewarded for your expertise – not micromanaged. This is your chance to work remotely while still being part of a genuinely collaborative team.

What are we offering?

  • £25,000 – £28,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £29K - £34K+)
  • Fully remote or hybrid role with genuine trust and autonomy
  • Established engineering client base and consistent flow of roles
  • Supportive team culture with regular communication and collaboration
  • 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday (early finish Fridays) – flexible
  • 33 days holiday (rising to 35) + your birthday off
  • Option to buy or sell holidays
  • Structured progression plan with the opportunity to move into a Senior or Consultant role

What will you be doing as a Recruitment Resourcer?

  • Sourcing skilled engineers for permanent engineering and technical vacancies using job boards, headhunting, and your network
  • Screening CVs and qualifying candidates against client briefs
  • Working closely with senior consultants to match candidates to current and upcoming opportunities
  • Managing candidate communication to ensure a smooth and professional experience

What do you need?

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment resourcing or delivery role
  • Experience or knowledge within the engineering, technical, or manufacturing sectors is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Boolean search, job boards, and the permanent recruitment market
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and good at managing multiple jobs at once
