With full training provided, this role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, great attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Main Duties: (Full Training Provided)

  • Clean and maintain the rooftop pool and surrounding areas to the highest standard.
  • Ensure stairs, floors, and spa areas are spotless and safe.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks as instructed.
  • Replenish supplies and remove used items to maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning and laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct locker checks, following lost property procedures.
  • Carry out regular safety checks and report any hazards or incidents.
  • Support the Night Porters/Supervisors during critical incidents or fire evacuations.
  • Use initiative to correct any issues with cleanliness or presentation.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • A friendly and reliable approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
  • Willingness to learn and work independently during quiet hours.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Hours of Work:

  • 18 hours per week worked on a rolling rota with set shifts between 10pm – 8am.

Salary:

  • £13.00 per hour.
