Main duties and responsibilities

  • Explaining the pastries in details, taking orders and payments are part of the day-to-day job.
  • Ensure a good flow of Guests and guests' service.
  • Preparing hot and cold drinks.
  • Hosting guests for the exclusive counter experience and ensuring a 5-star counter experience is maintained.
  • Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
