Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a high standard of service throughout their visit. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, with experience in catering, food preparation, or bartending being advantageous.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
  • Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
  • Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and dining spaces.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Support catering events as required, assisting in setup and breakdown as necessary.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is highly desirable.
  • Skills in bartending or food preparation will be considered an asset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are crucial for this role.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to help others are key attributes we value in our staff.
