What you'll be doing
- Own the numbers: Deliver accurate, insightful monthly management accounts – including P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, variance analysis and KPIs – all to tight deadlines.
- Be the go-to expert: Partner with senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights that shape strategic decisions.
- Drive improvement: Challenge existing processes, implement smarter ways of working, and lead projects that make a difference.
- Lead and inspire: Support and develop colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead: Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory frameworks while spotting risks and opportunities early.
Who we're looking for
- Qualified (ACA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
- Experience in shared services and a passion for continuous improvement.
