Knight Edmonds is known for producing distinctive, story-led property marketing. Our photography and videography shape how homes are presented and how our brand is experienced.We are now looking for a Property Photographer / Trainee Photographer who will also support the Sales and Lettings teams by conducting property viewings. This is a varied, hands-on role combining creativity with client interaction.

Role Responsibilities

Photography & Videography

  • Travel to properties across Maidstone and the surrounding area.
  • Capture internal, external, lifestyle and detail photography in line with our brand style.
  • Film smooth, well-composed video walkthroughs (training provided).
  • Prepare spaces before shooting (lighting adjustments, layout tweaks, simple staging).
  • Manage your own time, workload and travel.

Viewings

  • Conduct property viewings, primarily on Saturdays.
  • Welcome and guide prospective buyers and tenants through properties.
  • Present each property clearly, professionally, and in a friendly manner.
  • Relay viewing feedback to the team.

What You Need

  • Basic understanding of photography principles (composition, lighting, framing).
  • A strong creative eye and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence engaging with people face-to-face.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Full UK driving licence and your own transport.
  • Willingness to learn videography and work within our brand guidelines.

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Experience shooting interiors, architecture or lifestyle photography.
  • Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras.
