AI Adoption Specialist
to play a key role in embedding
AI tools and automation
across their
data and analytics ecosystem

Responsibilities:

  • Research and prioritise AI use cases that create measurable business value.
  • Partner with data engineering, analytics, and BI teams to design and deploy AI-driven solutions.
  • Support pilot projects, gather user feedback, and refine deployments for wider rollout.
  • Ensure AI initiatives are implemented ethically, securely, and in line with regulatory standards.
  • Create and deliver training and adoption materials to improve AI literacy across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with Group AI teams and vendors to share best practices and maintain consistency.

Background

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    AI, data analytics, or technology-driven innovation
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    AI and automation concepts
    — hands-on experience with AI tools a bonus.
  • Familiarity with
    governance, compliance, or risk frameworks
    in regulated sectors
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills — able to turn technical concepts into clear business benefits.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Curious mindset and enthusiasm for exploring how AI can enhance real business outcomes.
