Customer Support Coordinator – Be the Calm Hub of Our Operations
Location: Doncaster
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
About the Role
Do you thrive under pressure and keep a cool head when things get busy?
Are you a natural communicator who can turn urgent callouts and frustrated customers into positive experiences?
We're looking for a Customer Support Coordinator who will act as the central hub of our business, connecting the dots between clients, engineers, and colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Handle calls with confidence and warmth: Speak clearly, listen actively, and reassure customers even in high-pressure situations.
- Prioritise like a pro: Manage multiple incoming calls, engineer schedules, and job updates without breaking a sweat.
- Keep systems accurate: Maintain tidy records in platforms like Simpro, spotting gaps or inconsistencies and fixing them before they become problems.
- Own the follow-up: Chase actions, manage updates, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Communicate with care: Build strong relationships with clients, engineers, and colleagues through clear, respectful communication.
- Act as the hub: Connect teams, share updates, and keep everyone informed.
- Make smart decisions: Know when to escalate issues and when to take the reins yourself.
What We're Looking For
- Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communicator — speaks clearly, listens actively, and projects confidence.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a knack for spotting and solving problems.
- Comfortable using job management systems (experience with Simpro is a bonus).
- A natural connector who enjoys keeping everyone informed and aligned.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and initiative.
- Opportunities to grow and develop your skills.
