The Role
As
Senior Digital Experience Manager
, you'll lead and transform Ella's Kitchen's digital ecosystem across the UK and ATW. This role isn't about keeping the lights on – it's about sparking new ideas, driving change, and creating brilliant digital experiences.

You'll own and evolve our digital touchpoints – including websites, app, loyalty programme, PPC and eCRM – working collaboratively with brand, marketing and sales teams to drive engagement, performance and growth. Your mission: help us get them, keep them and make them shout , while always staying

Key Responsibilities
Digital Ecosystem & Ecommerce

  • Own and evolve Ella's Kitchen digital channels (websites, app, eCRM, PPC and loyalty programme), with a strong focus on UX, SEO, engagement and conversion.
  • Manage the Ella's Kitchen online shop experience, ensuring content, design and journeys engage and convert consumers.
  • Work closely with sales teams and fulfilment partners to support ecommerce performance through optimised content, promotions and customer journeys (e.g. abandoned basket recovery and checkout improvements).
  • Manage external agency partners to deliver continuous improvement and strong performance across all channels.
  • Maintain best-in-class standards across all digital touchpoints, ensuring accuracy, freshness and engagement.

Please note: this role supports ecommerce sales performance but does not carry direct responsibility for sales targets, stock management or fulfilment.

eCRM

  • Lead end-to-end management and optimisation of our eCRM programme, including age-and-stage journeys and solus campaigns.
  • Own content strategy and segmentation plans to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Implement best-in-class practices and partner recommendations to keep our programme ahead of the game.

Loyalty – Become A Friend (BAF)

  • Drive growth of the BAF loyalty programme through recruitment, engagement and cost-per-friend efficiency.
  • Own PPC and BAF paid social performance in partnership with agency and social teams.
  • Ensure seamless fulfilment and print operations with third-party providers.
  • Manage and evolve coupon programme performance to support overall loyalty success.

Content & Campaign Integration

  • Own the digital content plan, ensuring alignment with brand narrative and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver engaging, high-performing digital content that supports TTL campaigns.

Performance, Commercial & Operational Excellence

  • Own monthly digital performance reporting and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements.
  • Lead implementation of changes that enhance consumer experience and commercial impact.
  • Manage digital budgets, POs and invoices.
  • Champion the Ella's Kitchen brand internally and externally.
  • Contribute positively to a values-led, inclusive team culture.

About You
You'll be a strategic, data-driven digital leader with a hands-on mindset and a passion for purpose-driven brands. You're confident driving change, influencing stakeholders and delivering measurable improvements.

You'll Bring

  • Proven experience across digital channels, with strong hands-on expertise.
  • Experience using GA4, CMS platforms (Craft or similar), SEO/SEM tools and PPC platforms (e.g. Google Ads).
  • Experience managing eCRM platforms and email automation tools.
  • Strong agency and budget management experience.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to define, track and optimise KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and project management skills.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data privacy best practice.
  • Confidence in copywriting and content management.
  • A genuine passion for Ella's Kitchen's mission, values and purpose. .
