Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organisational skills and attention to detail are highly valued. The ideal applicant will be proficient in office software and possess strong communication skills to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour at all times
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, using excellent phone etiquette, and direct calls or take messages as required
  • Training will be given for reslynx hotel bedroom system
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks where applicable
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and organise documents, files, and office supplies efficiently
  • Assist with administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Assist where required in restaurant and bar areas to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised, reliable, and professional demeanour with a positive attitude towards teamwork

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
