Veterinary Receptionist

Overview

We are currently seeking a friendly, confident receptionist to join our team. We currently have branches located in Woodbridge, Ipswich, Felixstowe & Rendlesham.

This is a part time position based across our Woodbridge and Rendlesham branch, with scope for additional hours.

Responsibilities

• Dispensing patient medication
• Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist with check-in procedures
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to enquiries
• Manage client records and ensure accuracy of information
• Process payments and handle billing enquiries
• Assist veterinarians with administrative tasks and consultations
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a veterinary setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given

- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This is a varied role which may require you working across our other branches.
