Job Overview
We're seeking an enthusiastic and flexible Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to join our team for the 2025 holiday season. This role combines the excitement of curating magical Christmas stockings, managing other members of our team and ensuring our operations continue to run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, approve and pack personalised Christmas stocking orders based on customer specifications (age, gender, interests, and special requests)
- Manage processing of deliveries and stock orders, and update our stock management system accurately
- Get involved with with warehouse operations, including restocking shelves and preparing orders for shipping
- Manage customer and operational issues
- Manage the day to day activities of other warehouse team members to ensure we achieve our business goals
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills for navigating our order and stock tracking systems (training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift stock items
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Enthusiasm for creating magical Christmas experiences for customers
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to effectively manage others and lead on day to day activities within the warehouse
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within small businesses
- Familiarity with inventory management systems

Job Details
- Temporary seasonal position: November to December 2025
- Flexible hours: Full-time, 9am - 5pm, but can be flexible
- Location: Santa Sorted Warehouse, Aylesbury
- Salary: £18 per hour
