We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and train bar staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Develop and implement drink menus, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.
  • Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor bar expenses and revenue, implementing cost control measures where necessary.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during food preparation times.
  • Organise special events and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Skills

  • Proven experience in a bar management role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail preparation.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations in the hospitality industry.

Pay: £10.00-£13.21 per hour
