You will be expected to drive and thrive within scope of the F&B operation, deliver memorable guest experiences and support your team on a journey of luxury and excellence. As a Bar Assistant you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of service through a relaxed and professional approach, warmly greeting guests and accompanying them to their tables, accurately taking guest food and beverage orders while providing personalised recommendations to enhance the guest experience, serving food and beverages with precision, elegance, and attention to detail, monitoring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and promptly addressing any needs or concerns and processing guest payments efficiently and discreetly, ensuring a seamless and refined departure experience.

• Being passionate and willing to provide outstanding guest service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards, food hygiene and safety and Health & Safety standards
• Ability to memorize detailed menu items, including ingredients and wine pairings
• Proficient in handling point-of-sale systems and processing various forms of payment
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
