Apprentice Legal Onboarding Executive

We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Apprentice to join our New Business Team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in the legal and property industry while gaining hands-on experience in client care, administration, and conveyancing support.
You'll receive structured training and mentorship from experienced professionals, giving you the foundation to grow into a key member of our team.

Your day-to-day role:
- Acting as a friendly first point of contact for clients, introducing them to Chapter Law and assisting with basic inquiries.
- Supporting the onboarding process by collecting client documents such as ID, AML, and proof of funds.
- Helping manage the firm's switchboard, taking messages, transferring calls, and ensuring follow-ups are handled promptly.
- Assisting with file management, including opening, closing, and archiving files.
- Completing administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and printing.
- Learning to follow compliance procedures and contributing to a smooth client onboarding experience.
What You'll Learn
- How residential conveyancing works from start to finish.
- The fundamentals of client communication and legal compliance.
- How to use case management systems and Microsoft Office tools effectively.
- The skills and confidence to progress in a legal support or paralegal role.
Who We're Looking For
- A positive and proactive attitude with a genuine interest in property or law.
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new systems and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Word).
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, minimum grade 4/C.
- Previous office experience is helpful but not essential, full training will be provided.
