The Wellcome Trust is a global charitable foundation. We improve health for everyone by funding science, leading policy and advocacy campaigns, and building partnerships.  

We plan to spend £16bn over the next ten years, funding new discoveries in life, health, and wellbeing, and taking on three global health challenges: mental health, infectious disease and climate and health.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner to drive the delivery of Wellcome's Early Careers Strategy across, creating a talent pipeline to support delivery of the mission. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping Wellcome's early careers offering, from attraction through to rotation management.

  • Experience of managing early careers talent attraction, assessment, selection, management and development.  

  • Experienced in Talent Acquisition, gained in different organisations that have provided exposure to a variety of business practices.  

  • Understanding of how resourcing practice contributes to achieving strategic business outcomes.   

  • Experienced in developing process and outcome metrics; comfortable with manipulating and interpreting data.   

  • Experience of operating in partnership with HR Business Partners to deliver talent acquisition services.

Our Hybrid Way of Working

At Wellcome we have a hybrid way of working which is 3 days in our Euston Road offices (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.    

Please note our offices will be closed from Tuesday 23 December until Monday 5 January 2026. We will not be able to respond to emails sent to during this time and will reply to any queries on or after Monday 5 January 2026.
