We are seeking a confident and highly organised Administrator to oversee all administrative operations related to fire extinguisher compliance and servicing. This is a pivotal role within our passive fire protection team, ensuring that works are booked efficiently, engineers are scheduled effectively, and clients receive accurate and timely quotations. You will be the go-to person for all extinguisher-related admin, while also supporting the wider passive fire department with general administrative tasks and coordination.

What you will be doing

  • Leadinf the administration of fire extinguisher servicing, maintenance, and compliance documentation
  • Booking and coordinating works across multiple client sites
  • Scheduling engineers and managing their calendars to optimise coverage and efficiency
  • Producing and issueing quotations based on site reports and engineer feedback
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitoring stock levels and assist with procurement of extinguishers and parts
  • Supporting the wider passive fire department with general admin tasks, including documentation, reporting, and scheduling
  • Collaborating with the Senior Administrator and other team members to ensure consistent service across all passive fire disciplines

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
