We are seeking a talented AI Video & Motion Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role requires a dynamic visual storyteller with the ability to deliver compelling,high-quality content that captivates global audiences across digital platforms.

Using a blend of traditional techniques,generative AI tools,VFX,and post-production workflows,you will craft innovative video and image solutions tailored to project briefs. Working closely with the marketing team and lead creatives,you'll produce imaginative,brand-relevant work while also knowing when a simple,elegant solution is the best approach.

You will play an instrumental role in bringing our brand narratives to life through generative AI,motion graphics,and animation,ensuring our content is both visually engaging and strategically effective. From concept and storyboarding to final execution,you'll help shape the creative future of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design,edit,and deliver visually compelling AI-driven video and image content across multiple platforms.
• Seamlessly integrate generative AI tools into creative workflows,alongside traditional design,VFX,and post-production techniques.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and creative leads to develop innovative campaigns and content strategies.
• Bring brand narratives to life through motion,animation,and digital storytelling.
• Stay ahead of creative and technological trends,sharing insights to elevate brand positioning.
• Manage projects from concept through to delivery,ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Provide guidance and direction to external production partners,ensuring consistency with brand and motion guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects across compositing,illustrative,character,and typographic styles.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop with a strong editing and design portfolio.
• Strong skills in sound design and mixdowns.
• A keen eye for storytelling,footage selection,and visual composition.
• Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to develop and realise creative ideas.
• Solid understanding of animation and motion design principles.
• Up-to-date knowledge of AI design trends,tools,and techniques,with a wide arsenal of creative references.
• Understanding of designing for multiple mediums (web,social media,television) and their specific requirements.
• Proactive,collaborative,and enthusiastic approach to creative problem-solving.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced,deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent organisational skills,with the ability to plan,prioritise,and deliver on time.
