The Venue
Connexin Live is Hull's biggest live entertainment space with a capacity of up to 3,500 people, allowing Hull to host large corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade events, major concerts, standup comedy, family shows and sporting events.

About The Role
As our Marketing Manager at Connexin Live, you'll take the lead in shaping the marketing vision for one of the UK's most dynamic live entertainment venues. You'll drive campaigns that excite audiences, fill seats, and showcase world-class artists and events.

This is a hands-on, creative role where you'll turn marketing strategy into action — from digital storytelling and event promotion to brand management and audience engagement — all while representing the energy and excellence that defines Legends Global.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the venue's marketing strategy to maximise attendance, revenue, and brand impact across all events.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate multi-channel campaigns, ensuring every show receives the spotlight it deserves.
  • Create and approve engaging content that reflects the venue's identity and resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with promoters, media, agencies, and tourism partners to amplify promotional reach.
  • Manage budgets and performance metrics, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and results-driven.

We Are Looking For Someone With

  • Proven experience in marketing or campaign management, ideally within live events, arts, or entertainment.
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and brand storytelling skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident in digital marketing, social media management, and using tools such as Adobe Suite and CRM systems.
  • A strategic thinker with analytical skills to evaluate data, measure performance, and refine campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
