Location: Remote – Time zones aligned to either North America (EST) or Europe (London-GMT)

Duration: 3-12 months

We are seeking contract resources who can strengthen our client's internal teams across three core capability areas: project management, change management, and agile delivery. You will be working alongside ADAPTOVATE and client resources supporting complex initiatives across technology, operations, and enterprise transformation.

As a Change Manager, your role involves:
  • Owns the development and execution of integrated change and communications strategies
  • Aligns closely with Change Managers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to support transformation across people, processes, systems, and culture.
  • Drive communication, training, and readiness activities
  • Partner closely with project and business leads to embed change into delivery
  • Monitor change effectiveness
Your main objective is to:
  • Ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supported throughout the transformation
  • Drive behaviour change and cultural alignment through clear, resonant messaging and storytelling
  • Enabling new ways of working
  • Foster sustained understanding and support for organizational transformation initiatives
  • Equip teams with knowledge, tools, and support for a successful transition
