Our Commercial & Industrial division designs, fabricates and constructs structural steelwork for a variety of different sectors including commercial offices, stadia & leisure, industrial & distribution, data centres, retail and health and education.
The division has manufacturing sites in three locations: Dalton, Lostock, and Enniskillen. Each has full-service capabilities and modern manufacturing processes enabling us to provide a high-quality product to a variety of different sectors. Each of our sites has its own strong reputation in the market and between them cover a wider geographical area, including Europe. They continue to set the bar high in their highly complex market
Vacancy Details
The purpose of this role is to Oversee and coordinate production planning to ensure efficient workflow, maximize performance, and minimize delays. This role involves strategic scheduling and resource management to meet production targets while optimizing processes for improved productivity and timely delivery
- Check material certifications match quality requirements.
- Import data to Strumis
- Divide work into work packages for Production
- Allocate steel through matching purchased steel with what is required.
- Nest fittings to ensure minimum wastage.
- Stock control
- Manage multiple projects.
- Track material shortages and provide resolution.
- Revising production schedules, where required, due to design changes, material shortages, back log or any other interruptions.
- Collate material traceability reports for completed loads
