Seeking a
Treasury Implementation Manager
who can drive complex initiatives forward with pace, focus, and leadership.

Role Overview

The Treasury Implementation Manager will take end-to-end ownership of this critical project, CLO implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. You will work across multiple functions, building the right relationships to activate key teams and remove delivery blockers. This is a hands-on role for a strong leader who can independently manage priorities, assess risks, and ensure successful project completion without unnecessary delay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of
    CLO testing software
    , from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements.
  • Understanding of treasury assets and CLO software to configure it effectively and achieve implementation objectives, including testing to assure success when released.
  • Build strong, productive relationships with stakeholders across Treasury, Technology, Risk, and Operations to move projects forward efficiently.
  • Maintain close awareness of project risks, dependencies, and issues, taking proactive action to manage and mitigate them.
  • Identify and prioritise the key issues that need resolution to enable successful delivery.
  • Ensure project scope, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined, managed, and escalated where appropriate.
  • Communicate progress and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders and delivery leads.
  • Support a high-velocity environment by removing blockers, anticipating challenges, and maintaining momentum across workstreams.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years' experience
    as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead.
  • Experience in Treasury systems and processes, preferably of implementing a Treasury system.
  • Hands-on experience of
    CLO (Collateralised Loan Obligation) software
    .
  • Track record of delivering projects at pace within dynamic, high-growth organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Confident, decisive, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve critical issues.
