The Role

We are looking for an Experienced Landscaper to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven landscaping experience who is ready to take on a supervisory role. After training and integrating into the business you will be responsible for leading a team on-site, helping to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. You will be fully supported by our Project Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and motivating a small team of landscapers on site
  • Reading and working from technical drawings and project plans
  • Setting out work, helping to manage schedules, and overseeing quality control
  • Communicating with clients, contractors, and the office team
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance at all times
  • Carrying out hands-on landscaping, including all hard and soft landscaping tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years' professional landscaping experience
  • Ideally previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
  • Strong skills in hard landscaping (paving, brickwork, timber work, etc.) and soft landscaping (planting, turfing, etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret site drawings and plans
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Positive, proactive attitude with excellent leadership and communication skills
