Finance Administrator

Contract:
Short-term contract until 31st December (possibility of extension)

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Role Overview:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator. The successful candidate will support the client's finance team, primarily focused on accounts payable and general financial administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and on time
  • Enter financial data into accounting systems
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain and update supplier statements
  • Support the finance team with general administrative tasks
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting and finance projects as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or finance administration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
