Who are we?

Jeff Way Construction are a full-service building and maintenance company. Established in 2014 we specialise in void refurbishments , Response repairs, & renovations for local authorities & housing associations.

The Role

We are looking for multi skilled operatives and we would like to hear from you if you are skilled in the below.

  • Plastering
  • Plumbing
  • Carpentry
  • Basic groundworks/fencing

The role will require you to;

  • Be able to work within a team or on their own.
  • Have the ability use initiative and work safely whilst following the company health and safety policy
  • Deliver excellent customer service and be able to interact and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Have previous experience working for a similar a similar company or have background in construction industry, responsive maintenance or social housing.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: -

· An ability to work in an organised and efficient way

· Ability to work to deadlines

· An ability to work in a team environment

· A confident and outgoing personality

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to work using their own initiative within boundaries.

· An ability to work with people at all different levels and responsibilities.

· Clean driving license

· Hold a valid CSCS card
